About Plastic Steam Tanks

The Plastic Tank Kit for All Quiet on the Martian Front.

Morning Lads, pull up a stump or a rock and let’s talk about Tanks!

Now, everyone knows that we, the muddy Doughboys, do the fightin’ and are gonna win this war, but we have to see that the tanker boys help too.  Those big, hot, steamy mechanical mules are the best bet to stop the Tripods, so we can then get in close and give them what for!

The tanks you see today are far better than they used to be.   Why, it was only a few years ago that I remember they weren’t much more than a steam tractor with a cannon on it, but now they come in lots of shapes and sizes.  For the most part, they are really just a big steel box with an engine like a locomotive and places for the crew.  Most of the ones you see are Mk II tanks that have a single cannon. There are more of them than any other, but now the Mk IIIs are popping up everywhere.  They don’t look that different, but they have stronger engines and carry three guns.  One of the guns sits on top in a big box.  Then, of course, there are many different modifications, like the mobile field guns, the mine layers, the clamp tanks and the list goes on!
